Cause: The device cannot be recognized due to the connected USB port.
Measure: Please replace the connected USB port.

Measure: When the device is connected to USB hub, please confirm if the power supply can be provided to USB hub (if the power cable is connected to the power supply).
Cause: The power supply of the PC is not connected.
Measure: Due to its Simultaneous Power Supply Function, the power supply of the device can only be connected if it is connected to a PC with the power supply connected. Therefore, the POWER/ACCESS lamp shall still not be on even if the device is connected to a PC with no power supply connected.
Cause: The Simultaneous Power Supply Function may not work in some environment.
Measure: The PC may still provide power to the port even if its power supply is cut off.
In such case, the power supply of the device keeps connected. Please remove the device.
Cause: The device holds USB bus.
Measure: In such case, you cannot recognize the USB devices immediately. Please connect other USB devices after end of use of this device.
Cause: USB hub may cause the device running abnormally.
Measure: Please remove the device from USB hub and connect it directly to the PC's USB port. Furthermore, if an AC adapter can be connected to the USB hub, please connect the AC adapter to provide power to the USB hub.
Cause: The device is connected to a PC which can not be booted from USB device.
Measure: The PC should not be booted with the device connected. Please let the PC booted with the device removed. Connect the device again after end of booting of the PC.
Cause: The connection of the device and the power supply are abnormal.
Measure: Please verify the connection status and the power supply.
Cause: You have not execute the correct procedure for removing the device.
Measure: When removing the device from the PC with power supply connected, please drag the icon of the device over Trash and then release the mouse.
Cause: The connection of the device and the power supply are abnormal.
Measure: Please verify the connection status and the power supply.
Cause: The message may be displayed due to the environment you are operating at.
Measure: Only meaningless message is displayed, but the device still can run normally. In case of error displayed, please fix the problem and then use the device.
Cause: Possibly there are too much files.
Measure: The number of files and folders which can be saved or created in a folder is limited.
Please save the files to other folders if such files cannot be saved. Or you can mover several files to another location and create a folder there, then save the files to the created folder.
Cause: It seems to be due to the specification of OS. The format of the device may cause error.
Measure: The device has no problem in running and you can use it normally.
When you use [Disk First Aid] to verify the device, please select the partitions respectively for verification.
