An error message is displayed when logging on to a user shared folder from a Windows XP computer.
Cause

There is a possibility that the user name and password you have registered on the HDL-GXW do not match the user name and password that you have registered on the Windows XP computer.
Solution

Register the same user name and password as those you have set up on the HDL-GXW also on the Windows XP computer, and use these when you login on the Windows XP computer.
