The [STATUS] LED flashes red.
Cause

Trouble acquiring the IP address for this product from DHCP server.

In case the setting of the IP address of this product is set as "Automatic Acquisition" (factory default) and when DHCP server was not found on the connected network, the [STATUS] LED will flash.

Solution

Confirm that the DHCP server is operating normally in the network to which this product is connected.

When the IP address is not properly assigned by the DHCP server, this product will be automatically set to the fixed IP address 192.168.0.200

Cause

You are using this product in an environment with no DHCP server available, or the IP address cannot be assigned as a result of connecting this product with the DHCP server.

Solution

Manually set a fixed IP address to this product.

[Setting up (Windows)... when DHCP server is unavailable. ]
[Setting up (Mac OS)...when DHCP server is unavailable.]

Cause

A USB device that is not supported by this product is connected to the USB port.

Solution

When a USB device that is not supported by this product or a device with a format not supported by this product is connected to the USB port, the [STATUS] LED will flash red to indicate unsuccessful connection. In this case, disconnect the USB device from this product. The [STATUS] LED should change to light up continuously in green after a while.
