Accessing data stored on additional hard disks specifically formatted, when this product is out of order.

Solution

When the shared folder is inaccessible for some reason, run "Data Restoration" to restore files from the specifically formatted disk by following the procedure below.

When running "Data Restoration", all files in all the shared folders created on the specifically formatted disk selected will be moved to the [Restore] folder in the default shared folder, keeping the folder structure as is to allow access to these files.
In this case, the settings information of all the shared folders created on this disk is deleted and only the default shared folder remains.

The default shared folder is a folder which all users can access, and its name is given as followings.

For the built-in HDD; "disk"
For the eSATA HDD1; "esata1"
For the USB HDD1; "usbdisk1"
