There are unfamiliar folders or files when accessing this product from Windows.
Cause
You may have created a folder or copied a file in Mac OS.
Solution
When you create a folder or copy a file in Mac OS, in addition to the created file (folder), another file (folder) is also created. (From Windows this appears an unknown file or folder.)
Since necessary information for Mac OS users is recorded in such file (folders), DO NOT DELETE them.
