| Solution |
The MS domain logon function is not supported, but you can try logging on again by following the steps below.
>Confirm that domain name and domain controller name are correct.
>Restore settings to "Workgroup" once before logging back on to the domain.
>If a BDC (Backup Domain Controller) exists in your network, check the following.
| 1. | Release the domain setting once.
In setup screen, select [Setup]-[Network]-[MS Network Setting], and select "Workgroup" in "Workgroup/Domain Name Selection ", then click [OK]. | | 2. | Reboot the PDC (Primary Domain Controller)
1) Select [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel]-[Service].
2) Stop "Net Logon" service once, and do [Start]. | | 3. | Reset the domain settings of this product again.
In the setup screen, select [Setup]-[Network]-[MS Network Setting], and setup the domain.
