Troubleshooting  
 
The [ACT/LINK] LED is not illuminated or flashing.
Cause LAN cable connection is incorrect.
Solution

Make sure the power supply of this product is turned on ([POWER] LED is illuminated), and that the cable is connected to LAN.
(Also make sure that the indicator LEDs of the broadband router, hub, and LAN port on the computer side to which this product is connected are illuminated or flashing.)

Cause The power supply of the network device to which this product is connected has not been turned on.
Solution Make sure that the power supply of the network device (router, hub, etc.) to which this product is connected is turned on.
