When Mac and Windows computers are used in the same environment, on which computer should the setup be executed?
Solution
We recommend running setup from Windows.
When this product becomes accessible in the Windows environment, it will also become possible to access to shared folders of this product from Mac by selecting [Setup for Administrator]-[Setup]-[Network]-[Shared Service Setting], and by enabling (checking) [AppleShare Network File Sharing].
