Check list before connecting

When connecting this product to the network, the procedure will differ between when using a DHCP server to automatically acquire the IP address and when DHCP server is not used.

If you do not know whether DHCP server exists or not, click here.

DHCP server (e.g. broadband router) is not used.

This product is set as "DHCP Client" at the time of shipping. In such environment where DHCP server is not used, this product cannot be used with the factory default. In this case, you will need to execute setup using either of the following methods;

Method 1	Method 2
After connecting this product to the hub or other devices, manually set up the IP address of this product.	After adding DHCP server such as a broadband router, add this product to the network.
	*	When using a router type modem Since it comes with router function, there is no need to add a broadband router.


Ex.) Using only one bridge type modem and computer	Ex.) Adding a broadband router.
