In newly created job window, backup starts without selecting backup destination drive.

"Solution"
Please select backup destination drive.


"Backup target folder/file is not registered."(Code:0002)

"Cause"
In newly created job window, backup starts without selecting backup target file/ folder.

"Solution"
Please select backup target file.folder.


"Unknown packet."(Code:0003)

"Cause"
Incorrect data found in backup data file.
Backup data file may be damaged.

"Solution"
Please use Windows disc scan to check if backup destination drive has any error, create new backup job and try to backup again.


"Insufficient memory in backup destination drive."(Code:0005)

"Cause"
Memory is insufficient for backup in backup destination's hard disc drive.

"Solution"
Please delete unwanted files to increase memory in backup destination drive, or change backup destination drive.


"Please select extension for filtering."(Code:0007)

"Cause"
In 'backup target setting' window check if the 'extension filter' option is checked, but nothing is filled in the 'extension' box.

"Solution"
Input the extension you wish to filter in the 'extension' box, or if you do not need filtering, uncheck 'extension filter' option.


"Extensions cannot include \ / : * ? "" < >"(Code:0008)

"Cause"
Incorrect characters are used as extension in the 'extension' box.

"Solution"
Please do not include '\ / : * ? "" < > |' as extensions in the 'extension' box.


"Please choose extension within 252 characters."(Code:0009)

"Cause"
Extension in the 'extension' box is too long.

"Solution"
Please limit extension in the 'extension' box within 252 characters.


"Backup program terminated due to error."(Code:0010)

"Cause"
When backing up with auto backup media, backup was terminated due to unknown error.

"Solution"
Check content of event log error, take actions according to error detail.


"There is no sufficient memory in backup destination media, backup cannot continue. Please create new auto backup media."(Code:0011)

"Cause"
Auto backup media does not have sufficient memory for backup.

"Solution"
Please create new auto backup media.


"Selected email software folder cannot be found."(Code:0012)

"Cause"
Cannot find selected email software folder in 'Up to you backup wizard'.
It is possible that the selected email software has not been installed.

"Solution"
Please check selected email software is the same as the email software that you are using.


"Backup/ restore in progress, cannot exit EasySaver4."(Code:0013)

"Cause"
Tried to exit EasySaver4 in the middle of a backup/restore session.

"Solution"
After current backup/restore session is completed, then exit EasySaver4.


"Backup/ restore in progress, cannot activate backup with auto shutdown setting."(Code:0014)

"Cause"
Tried to start a backup session with suto shutdown setting in the middle of another backup/restore session.

"Solution"
After current backup/restore session is completed, then start backup session with auto shutdown setting.


"When executing auto shutdown backup, please close other backup jobs."(Code:0015)

"Cause"
Tried to start backup session with auto shutdown setting when other backup job windown is open.

"Solution"
Close other backup job window, then start backup session with auto shutdown setting.


"Backup job information cannot be read. Close backup job window."(Code:0016)

"Cause"
After backup is complete, backup information file could not be read again.
Backup information file may be damanged.

"Solution"
Please perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, then create new backup job again.


"This item is too large, cannot be dragged."(Code:0017)

"Cause"
In 'backup data' window, the file/folder you tried to drag is too large.

"Solution"
Files that can be dragged in 'backup data' window are files limited to under 10MB in size.
Files/folders over 10MB cannot be dragged, please use the 'restore' command in menu bar.


"Cannot delete schedule setting from job."(Code:0019)

"Cause"
Backup information file was not saved, or backup information file could not be read.
In the former case, the disc may be write protected.
In the latter case, backup information file may be damaged.

"Solution"
In the former case, check if the disc write protected, if it is, cancel write protect device.
In the latter case, perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, and create new backup job.


"Cannot close windown during backup/restore."(Code:0020)

"Cause"
Tried to close backup job window when backup/restore session is being performed.

"Solution"
After the current backup/restore session is completed, then close backup job window.


"Backup job file saved in more than one disc cannot be dragged."(Code:0021)

"Cause"
Tried to drag backup job file backed up in more than one disc in 'backup data' window.

"Solution"
Cannot drag backup job file backed up in more than one disc in 'backup data' window.
Those type of backup job file cannot be dragged, please use 'restore' command in menu bar.


"New password is not the same. Please enter new password again."(Code:0022)

"Cause"
When setting new password or changing password, the pass characters entered in 'new password' and 'confirm new password' boxes of the password setting, were not the same.

"Solution"
Please enter the same password in 'new password' and 'confirm new password' boxes


"Password incorrect"(Code:0023)

"Cause"
When entering password, the password entered was incorrect.

"Solution"
Please enter the correct password.


"Password cannot be recognized. File may be damaged or lost"(Code:0024)

"Cause"
When opening backup job, the preset password could not be read.
The file may be damaged or lost.

"Solution"
Perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, then create new backup job.
Concerning restoring files that have been backed up, please contact support center.


"OLE initialization failed."(Code:0025)

"Cause"
OLE Initialization has failed.
It is possible that incorrect version of OLE system DLL that was installed.

"Solution"
Please restart Windows and start EasySaver4 again.


"Windows socket initialization failed."(Code:0026)

"Cause"
Windows socket initialization had failed.

"Solution"
Please restart Windows and start EasySaver4 again.


"Currently EasySaver on other computers of the network is proceeding backup. To simultaneously execute backup on the network is jamed."(Code:0027)

"Cause"
Tried to start backup, but have exceeded the maximum simultaneous number of backups, so could not start backup.

"Solution"
After backups on other computers of the network has completed, then start backup.


"Other computers on the network is proceeding EasySaver4, so information cannot be obtained. \n Please retry to backup in a few moments."(Code:0028)

"Cause"
Tried to backup, but could not obtain information from other computers on the network, so could not start backup.
It is possible that other computers on the network are trying to start a backup session.

"Solution"
After other computers on the network have started backing up, then start backup.


"Notifying email could not be sent."(Code:0029)

"Cause"
Backup result was set to be sent via email, but notification email was not sent.
Incorrect email sending settings, or network may be in an unusable state.

"Solution"
In former case, please check email sending setting in 'EasySaver4 property' is correct.
In latter case, please check network cable connection.


"Error has occurred when preparing network communication. Network communication function cannot be used." (Code:0030)

"Cause"
Network may be in an unusable condition.

"Solution"
Please check network cable connection.


"Destination drive for this backup job is detached. Close backup job window."(Code:0031)

"Cause"
Storage drive of backup job that is open has been detached.

"Solution"
As the detached drive stores a backup job that is open, please close backup job then remove the drive.


"Drive n does not exist. Drive for EasySaver4 is fixed on n drive."(Code:0032)

"Cause"
Backup destination drive is not fixed, or that drive does not exist.

"Solution"
Please check cable connection or power of device.


"Service mode library cannot be loaded. Start by normal mode."(Code:0033)

"Cause"
Library file for service mode cannot be loaded.
File may be damaged or lost.

"Solution"
Perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, then please reinstall EasySaver4.


"Generation management process for backup data was not completed."(Code:0034)

"Cause"
Insufficient operating domain for backup data generation management process, or backup information file may be damaged.

"Solution"
In former case, delete unwanted files to increase memory in backup destination drive. In this case, there is nothing wrong with backed up data.
In latter case, perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, then create new backup job.


"Email setting incomplete. Unable to send email."(Code:0035)

"Cause"
Backup results was set to be sent via email, but as email sending sentting was not entered, notification email could not be sent.

"Solution"
Please check email sending settings in 'EasySaver4 property' is correct.


"Loading backup job has failed or has been cancelled. Close backup job window"(Code:0036)

"Cause"
When restoring, backup information file was cancelled while accessing, or backup information file could not be read.
In latter case, backup information file may be damaged.

"Solution"
In the latter, perform Windows disc scan on backup destination to check for any damages, then create new backup job.


"Please select more than one email sending condition."(Code:0037)

"Cause"
Tried to exit when you have not selected any email sending condition in 'EasySaver4 property'

"Solution"
Please select more than one email sending condition.


"When EasySaver4 property is displayed in service mode, all job windows must be closed."(Code:0038)

"Cause"
In service mode, when backup job window is open, tried to show 'EasySaver4 property' window.

"Solution"
In service mode, when trying to show 'EasySaver4 property' windown, first please close all backup job windows.


"Initial files could not be saves. Network pass 'xxxx' exists, please check overwrite is allowed"(Code:0039)

"Cause"
In service mode, when trying to save settings in administrator only option, but could not save initialized files.
Network password 'xxxx' does not exist, or may be write protected.

"Solution"
Check network cable connection and power of device, and check that network password 'xxxx' exists and is set to grant access.


"Backup destination does not have sufficient memory. As generation management function of backup data is enabled, media cannot be changed."(Code:0040)

"Cause"
Backup destination is removable media of backup job, and has gernation management function settings, however, memory is insufficient to proceed generation mamagement process for backup data, generation management process could not execute.

"Solution"
Delete unwanted files and increase memory in backup destination drive, then create backup job in new media.


"Unknown character is used. Only use half-size alphabet and numbers."(Code:0041)

"Cause"
When setting new password or changing password, unknown characters were entered in password setting window.

"Solution"
Please only use half-size alphabet and numbers as password.


"As memory is low, generation management process was not executed. (Backed up data was not affected.)"(Code:0042)

"Cause"
Insufficient operating domain for backup data generation management process.

"Solution"
Please delete unwanted files and increase memory in backup destination drive.


"Unknown word is used in file/folder name. - [file name]"(Code:0043)

"Cause"
You have used characters unrecognizable by EasySaver4 as file name, so that file cannot be backed up.

"Solution"
Do not use those characters as file name ('?' is shown next to the word.), or if you wish to skip that file, please check 'skip files unable to be backed up and continue' in 'backup target setting' window.


"This item cannot be dragged as pass is too long."(Code:0044)

"Cause"
In 'backup data' window, the file/folder you tried to drag, pass is too long.

"Solution"
For those files/folders, please do not drag, but use 'restore' command in menu bar.


"Selected backup job could not be opened."(Code:0045)

"Cause"
When opening selected backup job, backup job folder or backup information file does not exist.
Disc may be damaged, or backup job has been deleted.

"Solution"
Perform Windows disc scan to check for any damages, then please create new backup job.


"Backup information file was not found."(Code:0046)

"Cause"
When opening backup job, backup information file does not exist in backup job folder.
Disc may be damaged, or EasySaver4 was terminated incorrectly.

"Solution"
Perform Windows disc scan on backup destination drive to check for any damages, then please create new backup job.


"Selected file does not exist. Please check inserted details."(Code:0047)

"Cause"
Selected a folder that does not exist.

"Solution"
Please select a folder that actually exists.
Or, please check entered details are correct.


"Shortcut with the same name already exists. Please use a different name."(Code:0048)

"Cause"
buckup Using job shortcut create function to create shortcut, but shortcut with the same name already exists in the same location.

"Solution"
Please select a different shortcut name.


"Shortcut was not created."(Code:0049)

"Cause"
Shortcut was not created.

"Solution"
Restart Windows and retry.


"Password cannot be backed up."(Code:0050)

"Cause"
When separating backup, password information in the old disc cannot be read.

"Solution"
Please try again, or prepare new disc and save new backup job in new disc.


"Password cannot be saved."(Code:0051)

"Cause"
When separating backup, password information cannot be saved in new disc.

"Solution"
New disc may be write protected, or is formatted, or please check if there is sufficient memory.


"Backup job [ xxxx ] could not start according to schedule. Standby until execution is possible."(Code:0053)

"Cause"
Cannot start backup according to selected schedule.
Backup job save destination drive may not be ready.

"Solution"
Please check if backup job save destination is connected, or if media has been inserted, or in the case of network drive, please check if connected computer is working.


"\\ / : * ? "" < > | cannot be used in names for shortcut."(Code:0054)

"Cause"
Incorrect characters have been used as extensions in 'shortcut name' box.

"Solution"
Please do not use '\ / : * ? " < > |' in 'shortcut name' box.


"Please limit name for shortcut within 251 characters."(Code:0055)

"Cause"
Name entered in 'shortcut name' box is too long.

"Solution"
Please limit name entered into 'shortcut name' box to under 252 characters.


"Drive selected as backup destination drive is not found."(Code:0056/0057)

"Cause"
Backup destination drive is in unusable condition.

"Solution"
Please check connection to backup destination drive, or power of drive.
If you are using network drive as your backup destination, please contact network administrator.
